Charles J. Urstadt Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Urstadt is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He also serves as Chairman and Director of Urstadt Property Company, Inc. (a real estate investment corporation). Mr. Urstadt serves on several boards. He is Vice Chairman of Battery Park City Authority, a Trustee of Historic Hudson Valley, Trustee Emeritus of Pace University, Retired Director of Putnam Trust Company and Retired Trustee of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association.
Willing L. Biddle President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Biddle has been President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since December 1996. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President from March 1996 to December 1996, Senior Vice President - Management from June 1995 to March 1996 and Vice President - Retail from April 1993 to June 1995. Mr. Biddle also serves as an Advisory Director of the Putnam Trust Company.
John T. Hayes Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hayes, a CPA, has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since July 2008. From March 2007 until his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hayes served the Company as Vice President and Controller. Mr. Hayes has worked for over 20 years in the real estate industry, first as a public accountant and then in private industry. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Corporate Controller for a privately owned developer and operator of large scale commercial laundromats in the U.S as well as a privately owned real estate developer of retail and office properties. Previously, Mr. Hayes practiced public accounting for 10 years in New York City with PKF, a regional certified public accounting firm specializing in the service of real estate clients.
Thomas D. Myers Executive Vice President, Secretary & Chief Legal Officer
Thomas D. Myers is the Executive Vice President, Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of the Company. He has served the Company in various capacities for over fourteen years, including Senior Vice President (2003-2009), Co-Counsel (2007–2008), Secretary (since 1999), Vice President (1995–2003) and Associate Counsel (1995–2006). Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Myers served in private practice for thirteen years, specializing in real estate, real estate finance and banking and for three years as Associate Counsel for a regional savings bank in the metropolitan area. Mr. Myers is a Member of the New York State Bar Association and has been designated Authorized House Counsel by the Connecticut Bar Examining Committee.
James M. Aries Senior Vice President & Director of Acquisitions
James Aries joined Urstadt Biddle Properties in 2001 as a Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions and became its Senior Vice President / Director of Acquisitions in 2008. Mr. Aries began his career as a Director of Real Estate for The Melville Corporation, one of the largest retailers in the country. Subsequently, he held senior leasing positions with Bryant Development Corp. in Purchase, NY and Kin Properties Inc. in White Plains, NY. He received his B.A. from Tufts University in Medford, MA and his J.D. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York, NY. Jim is on the Planning Committee of the NY International Council of Shopping Centers and is a member of the NY State Bar Association. He lives in Chappaqua, NY with his wife, Debra and his two children.
Linda L. Lacey Senior Vice President & Director of Leasing
Linda L. Lacey is the Senior Vice President, Director of Leasing of the Company and has served in this role since December 2007. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Lacey served as Vice President, Director of Leasing (August 1998-November 2007) and Assistant Vice President (May 1997-July 1998). Ms. Lacey began her real estate career at a private property management and leasing company and over the past 20 years has served in various capacities in corporate banking, asset management, property management and leasing. Ms. Lacey is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut and serves on the Connecticut ICSC Planning Committee.

Robert R. Douglass Vice Chairman
Mr. Douglass is of Counsel to Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy, attorneys. He also serves as Chairman of the Downtown Lower Manhattan Association and Chairman of the Alliance for Downtown New York. In recent years, Mr. Douglass served as Chairman and Director of Clearstream International and Chairman and Director of Cedel International. Previously, Mr. Douglass served as Vice Chairman and Director of The Chase Manhattan Corporation and as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of The Chase Manhattan Corporation. Mr. Douglass is a former Trustee of Dartmouth College.
Kevin J. Bannon
Mr. Bannon has over 30 years of experience in economic and investment matters and today serves as Managing Director and Chairman of the Asset Allocation Committee for Highmount Capital LLC. He served the Bank of New York as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer from 1993 to 2007. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Stern School of New York University.

E. Virgil Conway
Mr. Conway is a Financial Consultant and Corporate Director. He currently serves as a Trustee of Phoenix Mutual Funds and as Vice Chairman of The Academy of Political Science. Previously, he served on numerous boards, including as Chairman of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Chairman and Trustee of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., Director of Union Pacific Corporation, Trustee of Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company, Director of Centennial Insurance Company, Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council and Chairman and Director of The Seamen’s Bank for Savings. Mr. Conway is an Honorary Trustee of Josiah Macy Foundation, Trustee Emeritus of Pace University and Trustee Emeritus of Colgate University.
George H.C. Lawrence
Mr. Lawrence is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lawrence Properties, Inc. He also serves on a variety of boards and committees. Currently, he is Chairman and Director of Kensico Cemetery, a Director of the Westchester County Association, Trustee of Indian River Hospital District and Honorary Trustee of Sarah Lawrence College.
Robert J. Mueller
Mr. Mueller retired in 2004 as Senior Executive Vice President of The Bank of New York where he served as Chief Credit Policy Officer and head of the bank’s worldwide risk management. His responsibilities included the bank’s global trading operations, commercial real estate lending, regional commercial banking, community development, residential mortgage lending and equipment leasing. He was a member of the bank’s Senior Planning Committee. Mr. Mueller currently serves on the Boards of the Community Preservation Corp., the Borough of Manhattan Community College Fund, Danita Container, Inc. and All Ahead, Inc. He is an Advisory Board Member of Neighborhood Housing Services of New York, Inc. and a member of Battery Park City Authority.

Mr. Urstadt is Managing Director of Urstadt Real Estate LLC, a real estate consulting company. He is also President and a Director of Urstadt Property Company, Inc., a real estate investment corporation.
He previously served as Executive Director of Sales for Halstead Property LLC, Executive Vice President of Brown Harris Stevens Inc. and Publisher of the New York Construction News. Mr. Urstadt has served on many boards and committees, including the New York State Board for Historic Preservation, the Friends of Channel 13 and the New York Building Congress. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut.
