Mr. Fetscher was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company in December 1996. Mr. Fetscher is the President of Fetscher's Inc. He is also the Vice President of American Public Land Exchange Co., Inc. and the owner of Associated Agency, a company involved in real estate.

| Mr. Langel was appointed to the Board of Directors in December 2005. Mr. Langel is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is President and Majority Shareholder of Langel & Associates, P.C., a consulting and tax services firm. He also teaches continuing education courses for Certified Public Accountants including annual tax updates, tax planning, valuation issues, and business advisory services through the auspices of Western CPE and the University of Montana. |
