The Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan of StellarOne Corporation provides you with a simple and convenient method of investing cash dividends in additional shares of our common stock. Participants in the plan may also make optional cash payments to purchase shares of our common stock. All shares are purchased at 100% of market value.
Investment options offered under the plan are:
Full Dividend Reinvestment directs StellarOne Corporation to invest your cash dividends on all of the shares then or subsequently held by you for the purchase of additional shares.
Optional Cash Purchases permits you to make optional cash payments for the purchase of additional shares.
The price of shares purchased with either reinvested dividends or optional cash purchases will be 100% of the market price of the shares as determined under the plan. [You will incur no brokerage fees or other commission charges for all purchases made under the plan.]
