Kristin Van Dask

Ms. Van Dask is the Controller of Prospect Capital Corporation and has 11 years of experience. Prior to joining Prospect, Ms. Van Dask spent one year with the Structured Finance Division of GSC Group LLC, a registered investment advisor specializing in credit-based alternative investment strategies. Ms. Van Dask was an Accounting Manager responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of private equity and hedge funds invested in a diverse series of leveraged structured credit instruments. From 2002 to 2007, Ms. Van Dask held various positions within the Assurance practice of Ernst & Young LLP, working on a variety of privately held and publicly traded clients, private equity funds, management companies, and investment advisory partnerships. She was responsible for the supervision of financial statement audits for funds with portfolios ranging up to $10 billion and a publicly traded company with manufacturing revenues of over $8 billion. In 2001, Ms. Van Dask began her public accounting career at Arthur Andersen LLP. Ms. Van Dask holds a BS magna cum laude from Towson University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Alexandra Krasinets

Alexandra Krasinets is the Assistant Controller and has six years of experience. Prior to joining Prospect, Ms. Krasinets spent three years with the Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, providing audit services to a variety of alternative investments clients including hedge funds, private equity funds, and business development companies. Ms. Krasinets also spent two years working part time in the Tax Department of Keyspan Energy (now National Grid). She worked on various compliance projects, tax filings and tax accounting. Ms. Krasinets is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and graduated from Pace University with a combined BBA/MBA degree in Public Accounting.

Glenn Anderson

Mr. Anderson is a Vice President in the accounting and tax department, and he has seven years of experience. Prior to joining Prospect, Mr. Anderson was a Senior Manager in the International Tax practice of Deloitte Tax LLP. At Deloitte, he provided income tax advisory services to private equity firms, multi-national corporations, and other investors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border tax issues. Prior to Deloitte, Mr. Anderson was with the Transaction Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP, where he advised his clients on the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions. Mr. Anderson holds both an MBA and a MS in Taxation from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Providence College. Additionally, Mr. Anderson is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Roberto Espinosa

Mr. Espinosa is a Vice President at Prospect and has over 20 years of finance industry experience. Prior to joining Prospect Mr. Espinosa was Vice President at BlackRock Kelso Capital for five years, where he was responsible for financial accounting and reporting of the BDC fund. Prior to joining BlackRock Kelso Capital Mr. Espinosa was a consultant within The Siegfried Group where he consulted and instructed SOX pronouncements and SOX 302/404 compliance framework throughout the United States primarily for PwC. Mr. Espinosa was a Manager within the asset management practice in the Assurance group of Ernst & Young LLP. At Ernst & Young Mr. Espinosa worked on various registered investment companies, advisors, private equity funds and co-investment funds. Mr. Espinosa holds a BS from Fordham University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Glenn Fancie

Mr. Fancie is a Vice President at Prospect and has over 20 years of finance industry experience. Prior to joining Prospect Mr. Fancie was Vice President at Pierre Deux where he implemented new advertising strategies as well as human resources and quality control systems. Mr. Fancie was CFO at LimoRes and prior to this was the Controller of DataStream International where he established an accounting department as well as researched, negotiated and established a 401k plan and other HR staff benefits. Mr. Fancie started his career at Coopers and Lybrand where he worked within the Mergers and Acquisitions department. Mr. Fancie. received his MBA from Pace University in New York.

Megan Bloom

Ms. Bloom is a Senior Associate and has two years of experience. From 2011 to 2013, Ms. Bloom worked in the Assurance practice of PwC LLP, focusing primarily on financial statement audits of asset management clients including hedge funds and private equity funds. Ms. Bloom is a New York State licensed Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Bloom holds a MS in Accounting from Yeshiva University and BBA in Accounting from the University of Miami.

Jessica Cheng

Ms. Cheng is a Senior Associate and has six years of experience. From 2006 to 2011, Ms. Cheng worked in the Assurance practice of KPMG LLP, focusing primarily on financial statement audits of asset management clients including hedge funds, private equity funds and mutual funds. Ms. Cheng also worked on select projects within the financial due diligence group of Transaction Services, performing buy-side due diligence on financial institutions and asset management clients. Ms. Cheng holds a BS in Accounting and BA in music with distinction of Highest Honor from Binghamton University.

Pauline Livaditis

Ms. Livaditis is a Senior Associate and has six years of experience. From 2008 to 2011, Ms. Livaditis spent three and a half years in the Private Equity and Real Estate Funds Services Division of JPMorgan. From 2005 to 2007, Ms. Livaditis worked within the Assurance practice of Ernst & Young LLP, working on a variety of publicly traded clients in the Media and Entertainment Industry. Ms. Livaditis received her MBA from St. John's University and she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John's University. Ms. Livaditis is a member of the Beta Alpha Psi society – Accounting Honor Society.

Ann Filkins

Ms. Filkins is an Accounting Associate and has two years of industry experience. From 2011 to 2012, Ms. Filkins worked in the tax practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, providing consulting and compliance services to real estate - focused private equity clients. Prior to PWC, Ms. Filkins gained international experience as an intern for Restoration Partners, a boutique investment bank located in London, England. Ms. Filkins graduated magna cum laude with her BS in Accounting from Syracuse University and went on to receive her MS in Accounting from Syracuse University also. During her time at Syracuse, Ms. Filkins was the recipient of the Emerging Leaders in Business Award, the Founders’ Scholarship and was a member of Beta Alpha Psi – the international honorary organization for Financial Information Professionals.
